conventional and Traditional Chinese healthcare
philosophies and improve understanding of the
treatments provided by the Institute. Seminars are
open to all but places are limited.

心 會，开展了“自我保健按摩”
讲座。拥有丰富临床经验的殷医生从实用性着手，向听众们介绍了一些产用保健的按摩手法，及常用穴位的定位。亲自演示，并指导听众们进行自我保健按摩。这些按摩手段都十分简
单，容易操作，但又能对自身的健康起到一定作用。所有的听众都认为这次的宣讲对他们很有帮助。

Qikan Yin: Self
Health Massage
On
9th December 2019,
a
health education talk was
presented at the
Chinese Mental Health
Association.
The topic of this talk was"Self
Health
Massage”, delivered by Dr
Qikan Yin who is
an experienced Medical doctor and Chinese
Medicine practitioner at the Institute
of Chinese Medicine.
During
the talk, Dr Yin explained the location of
commonly used massage points and the manipulations
of self-massage. Dr Yin demonstrated
all self-massage movements. The audience
participated in some practice under Dr Yin's
guiding. This topic was both practical and useful
and the audience found this talk very informative.
All
practitioners in the Institute of Chinese Medicine
are experienced, and highly qualified. They aim to
help patients to the best of their ability and
comply with one of the central TCM principles:
“The best doctor focuses on prevention of
disease”. To help people prevent diseases and
raise their awareness of health issues, the
Institute offers health care and education
services for the whole community. Cooperating with
Bishop Ho Ming Wah Association & Community
Centre, we continue to regularly deliver TCM
health talks about a range of different diseases.
