What's new - February 2009 FREE HEALTH SEMINARS The Institute
runs a series free of seminars on a variety of medical conditions. If you are interested in practical suggestions on
maintaining a healthy lifestyle, diet and essential exercise, these
seminars will interest you. You will also learn the basis of your problems in Traditional Chinese
Medicine and how this relates to conventional understanding of these
conditions. RECENT FREE SEMINAR: Insomnia and Traditional Chinese Medicine On Tuesday 24th November 2009, we held a seminar on Insomnia and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The seminar was given by Dr. Fei Wang who spoke about insomnia, the reasons behind it from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the treatments for it.
