Back Inversion The Institute offers inversion therapy for a range of skeletal problems, headaches and more. Inversion therapy, whereby the patient is treated almost upside down, uses gravitational pull to counteract compression in the joints - notably the neck, back and hips. This lumbar traction leads to a reduction in spinal compression, enabling relaxation of the muscles supporting the vertebrae and, in turn, reducing tension and helping blood flow. This increase in blood flow helps to reduce stress, relieve pain and also to increase mental alertness. Please contact us for information
