TCM and, notably, acupuncture has an extremely high success rate in curing problems causing, or associated with insomnia. Insomnia is generally recognized as being related to the suffering of stress or to pain, both of which are ideally suited to the treatment protocols offered by TCM, from acupressure and acupuncture, to the use of herbal remedies.
