Obesity has become one of the major health issues in the Western world. However, there are to date no ideal treatments, as techniques such as liposuction and stomach stapling involve the significant risk of severe adverse effects. Traditional Chinese medicine aims to regulate the metabolic system to achieve permanent weight loss. The Institute offers a combined system of treatment for obesity, with a combination of dietary and exercise advice, herbal medicine and physiotherapy, which leads to long-term natural weight loss at a healthy rate with no side effects.
