Seminar
On the 12th February, the Institute of Chinese Medicine successfully
held a seminar on the subject of Infertility. This seminar looked at infertility from both the
conventional and Chinese medicine perspectives.
We invited two speakers to this seminar: Emeritus Professor J G Grudzinskas, and Dr Liang Ji.
Professor Grudzinskas was a Consultant Obstetrician and
Gynecologist at St Bartholomew's and the Royal London School of Medicine & Dentistry from 1983 to 2003.
He is currently working at the London Bridge Fertility,
Gynecology and Genetics Centre, which he set up in 1986. Dr Ji is
a Chinese acupuncturist and herbalist. She trained both in China and
the UK. She now practises in London and
Watford. Our audiences found it very useful to discuss infertility
from both perspectives.
