Dr Liqun Tong is a highly trained and qualified Chinese medicine practitioner. She graduated with a degree in Chinese Medicine from the Bejing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1993.

She subsequently worked at No.1 Affiliated Hospital of XinJiang and Urumqi Hospital of TCM for 12 years. During this time she was doctor-in-charge of the in-patient department. She gained rich and wide ranging experience in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She was developing valuable and very extensive combination therapies and special acupuncture skills.

She was co-editor of the article "the Treatment Development of Chinese Medicine on Common Diseases" in 1998. Her other medical research articles include "Endorcrine Disorder treated by Herbal Medicine" was published in the Xinjiang Chinese Medicine Journal in May 2003.

Dr Liqun Tong specialises in female conditions, including Dysmenorrhea, Menopausal symptoms and support of assisted reproduction techniques (IVF), pain problem, sports injury, stress, vertigo, digestive and skin problems, and diabetes.
